Meal = $45
Tax = 6% of 45, or .06*45=$2.70
Meal + Tax = $45 + $2.70 = $47.70
Tip = 20% of $47.70, or .2*47.70 = $9.54
TOTAL = Meal + Tax + Tip = $45+$2.70+$9.54 = $57.24
