Answer:   (x^2+4)(x+1)

Work Shown:

x^3+x^2+4x+4

(x^3+x^2)+(4x+4) ... pair up the terms into two groups

x^2(x+1)+4(x+1) .... factor each group individually

(x^2+4)(x+1) ..... factor out the overall GCF (x+1)
