The two numbers are (7+ sqrt(65))/2 and (7- sqrt(65))/2

(7+ sqrt(65))/2+ (7- sqrt(65))/2= 7
(7+ sqrt(65))/2* (7- sqrt(65))/2)= -4.

Hope this helps~
