For this case we have the following function:
 [tex]y= \sqrt{10x+1} [/tex]
 We must have in mind that since the function is a square root, then the function is continuous for values greater than zero.
 We have then:
 [tex] 10x + 1 \geq 0 [/tex]
 Clearing x we have:
 [tex] 10x \geq -1 x \geq -1/10[/tex]
 Therefore, the interval for which the function is:
 [-1/10, inf)
 Answer:
 [-1/10, inf)
