Answer:

given ; the product of two rational numbers = -28/81

one number is =14/27

let, another number be p/q

now, according to the question,

p/q×14/27= -28/81

or, p/q=(-28/81) /(14/27)

or, p/q =( -28/81) ×(27/14)

therefore, another number is -2/3.
