Answer:

y2-y1/x2-x1

-5+4/6-8

1/2

so the slope we know is 1/2x now we use point slope form for the equation

y+4=1/2(x-8)

y+4=1/2x-4

y=1/2x-4-4

y=1/2x-8

answer = y=1/2x-8

Thank you :)
