Step-by-step explanation:

a) f(4) = 7-2(4)

= -1

b) f(h) = 7-2(h)

= 7-2h

c) f(4) + f(h) = -1 +(7-2h)

= 6-2h

h = 3

d) f(3+h) = 7-2(3+h)

= 7-6-2h

= -1-2h

2h= -1

h = -1/2
