m=-1.5 and c=0.5

Step-by-step explanation:

3x+2y-1=0

divide everything by 2, to get y.

3x/2=1.5x, -1/2=-0.5.

then separate 1.5x and -0.5 from y (put them on the other side)

there, y=-1.5x+0.5

m=-1.5, and c=0.5
