Here, first we need to calculate the slope of the line,
Coordinates are: (-1, 6) (2, -6)
m = y2 - y1 / x2-x1
m = 6 - (-6) / -1-2
m = 12/-3
m = -4

Now, Take first coordinate: y - 6 = -4 (x + 1)
Second coordinate: y + 6 = -4 (x - 2)
y + 6 = -4x + 8
y = -4x + 2

In short, Your Answers would be Option B & E

Hope this helps!
