conseucitve integers are 1 apart
they are x, x+1, x+2

sum is add
x+x+1+x+2=528
3x+3=528
minus 3 both sides
3x=525
divide both sides by 3
x=175
x+1=176
x+2=177

the numbers are 175,176,177
