Which describes the significance of howard carter's discovery of tutankhamen's tomb?

Most every royal tomb up until Tutankhamun's were robbed or emptied of their riches. Pretty much none of those were found as intact as Tut's were which made it a huge treasure trove filled with artifacts for archeologists to give them an idea of what royal life was like.
