How do I find out if the rates of change are constant or variable? Please answer with simplicity.

Constant graphs are literally just horizontal lines, hence the name constant. Variable graphs can be a variety of things, just know that the difference between them is that the constant is always going to be a horizontal line (the slope is 0 for constant)
