Slope-intercept form : y=mx+b where m=slope, b=y-intervept

Our given slope is 1/2 ; y-intercept is 1

So, simply plug everything into the slope-intercept equation :)

y=mx+b

y = (1/2)x + (1)

Simplify.

y = 1/2x + 1

~Hope I helped!~
